talking with the technician he said you have to keep contiuing education 2 or more times a year.One Nate patch had him listed ACE.he said that was the 3rd year of airconditioning an refrigeration.also certified on gas furnaces 2 times I know who I want to service and install my dual-fuel Puron heat-pump.they gave me a very competitive price and repaired my existing heat-pump like a new one .
