Serenity Home Care

Very disappointed. The owner of this business had come several times before to help with meds for my mom. Those times had been perfect, however, this last time she was set up to come by, she didn't show up. I called her and she said she would come right over. She never did, nor would she return my calls. I was out of town, so my mom had to go without her medications. I need someone I can depend on, and she certainly is not that person.

Serenity has provided exceptional care for several residents at the ECF where I'm employed. The sitters that come into our community are respectful and caring for not only the residents that they are providing care for but our other residents that they come into contact with. The owner of Serenity not only checks in on her clients and staff but if necessary she herself will provide care for clients as well. We enjoy the "extra" help, eyes, and ears that Serenity provides for our community while they are there.
