        Horrible service took Mercedes in for engine light they gave me code said they would need car for a few days to fix. 1 week later and a Thousand dollars later for everything but engine light finally give same code and told this has to be done by a Mercedes specialist. THEY STATE HONESTY IS EVERYTHING but they are scam artists DO NOT GO THERE

        Extremely poor customer service. Took car in for brake work. Next day, discovered they had done something to cause ABS to come on when I go around curves. Spoke to owner, who told me to bring it in next week. Tried to reach him the following week but instead got a guy each time I called, who kept saying he was out and wouldn't say when he would return. I was done with them when on the last call he said he Sean "would never be available unless I left a message." Horrible service. Place has gone downhill fast since new ownership. The have the nerve to keep that "Honesty" sign up.

        Sean Carroll, and his crew of professional, courtious mechanics go out of their way to provide quick, complete and fairly priced repairs, and best of all they stand behind their repairs. I've had a transmission replaced, steering column repaired, and Kimbles provided the best priced repairs in the area period. All other quotes were way over Kimbles.
