Something must've happened between 2013 and 2015. Was happy with first cleaning. Within just a couple months, it all fell apart. Girls lied about the time they spent cleaning (my husband was home! He kept track of when the arrived and left); office unresponsive when I called to re-schedule (never confirmed, sent girls anyway, then charged me for "lock-out" claiming I didn't give notice; never honored a coupon I had. I'm afraid they've lost sight of what it takes to run a successful business.

What can I say that others haven't? This company is great. I would say that their desire to please sets them apart. They understand that people make mistakes, and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

I have had A la maid as my cleaning service for a few months now and I have to say that they are absolutely AMAZING!!!! They are very precise and thorough every time they come to clean. I love the folding of the toilet paper, its just one of those little things that add so much. The office staff and the girls are wonderful to work with, I have no complaints and would highly recommend A la maid to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much and keep up the great work girls!!!!

This service is the BEST. The two ladies who come over and clean my apartment are wonderful. We write notes back and forth about what I'm requesting, and they always kindly reply and my silly wishes are granted haha. Nice little details in their cleaning make me feel like I'm getting taken care of...like a point on the paper towels, or dishes being washed. And, my dog loves them, too.

I am a new customer of A la Maid and am very pleased with the service. As my husband and I grow older, it's becoming harder and harder to keep up with housework. Although my apartment is not very large, they still make it a priority to take their time and concentrate on even the smallest of details. All of the girls are great to work with. I am very happy with this cleaning company. I had a full housecleaning done and now have them coming out bi-weekly. The cleaners were on-time (in a time window), very courteous and professional. They cleaning everything! My home sparkles and I would recommend a la maid to anyone for house cleanings.
