I trouble from day one with the staff in this office. First they told me I didn't have an apt. They couldn't explain to me what my insurance would or would not pay. They made me feel rushed by turning out the lights when it was time for them to close. They ordered the wrong lenses. I'v made 6 trips and I still do not have my lenses. I ended up having to order new frames hoping to get something correct and they couldn't adjust those to fit me. So now I have the worst sores on both sides of my nose. This has been the worst experience trying to deal with the staff here since I started going here. It's not the same staff that was there when I was there last year. This staff in there now is very incompetent in doing their job. Dr. Robbins is wonderful and I hate to have to go somewhere else.
