Please do not conduct business with this company. They have very poor communication and customer service skills after your order has been placed. To get the sale, they're great, but good luck getting your parts.

It's been nearly 4 weeks since the last update on my part from them and over 6 months from the initial order. If customer service is important to their company, they should provide updates on your order even if there are no updates on a ship date, at least to inform the customer every 10 to 14 days that they are still working on it.

They claim they shipped my order twice, both times I only found out my item was delivered by UPS after following up with them. The first time it had been delivered for over a month and I had no idea and the person that signed did not work at my location. The second 'claimed' delivery had been delivered for over 2 weeks until I found out. Again, this person that signed has never worked at my location. So, I still do not have my part.

Beware of CAPP USA unsecured website

Beware of this company unsecured website. It will let you without money and merchandise.
I purchased a furnace part (Trane retro-kit09660) on February 2nd, 2001 from CAPP/USA for the full amount of $193.99. I paid online through their website with Paypal.
I called the company on Feb. 12th and 13th to see why they did not sent the part I ordered. After making several calls and talking with several people, they finally told me that they did not received the order from Paypal. I sent them an e-mail on Feb. 14th with a copy of the transaction and invoice and they told me I was going to receive the part in another extra 10 business days.
After waiting for another 12 days, I received an e-mail from Eric at CAPP/USA on Feb. 24th. saying that their website was hacked and they were not going to sent me the merchandise.
CAPP/USA does not want to be responsable for having a website that is unsecured where hackers get in so easy. So here I?m a month later on the February cold without heater on the house and not money on my account thanks to CAPP/USA unsecured website.
