Miamiview Apartments

Miamiview Apartments & Town homes has made an amazing turn around and have an amazing staff & Management team that care and do an outstanding job to make everyone happy, safe and complete all maintenance request in a timely manner by certified Hvac service technicians. They have 24 hour emergency maintenance if needed. The improvements to the property are second to none!!!! Just to list a few of the many projects are fixing the roads, new roofs, new basketball, tennis & volleyball courts, Rehabbed apartments, free wifi & free directv for all tenants. They have a big beautiful swimming pool. This property is under video surveillance 24 hours a day with new security lighting throughout the complex and a police and fire department just outside the entrance to this complex and the Elementary school is just across the street and less than a 1/4 of a mile from interstate 74 / 275!! Also there is a hospital, dining, bars, entertainment & shopping just minutes from this secluded & private community and this property is adjacent to Miamiview golf course and just down the street from Miami Whitewater Forest / Park. Miamiview Apartments has got it going on!!!!

This apartment complex should thank DirecTv for the one star they are receiving. I lived in this establishment for over a year and between the parents that allow their children to trash and vandalize, and the office managements lack of care for the establishment, this complex does not need new tenants. The setting could be beautiful if they spent the time to maintain it, the apartments are nice sized for the price if they bothered to get new appliances (current ones are from the 80's) and fix issues when requested. The maintenance staff always seems to have an excuse as to why items are not repaired. The office staff is unorganzied and at times charges late fees for no reason (I'm assuming it was misplacement of rent checks on their part). I am in the process of suing to obtain my deposit check as the office still has not even checked my apartment from when I moved out over a month ago. They also advertise different rent amounts on websites and in their office to try to trick you in to paying the highest one. Lastly, you are not allowed to have a motorcycle on their property, and if in violation for even a minute your bike will be towed at your expense, they dont tell you that on any of the websites. Overall, this apartment complex could be GREAT if under new ownership and management. Too bad the people currently responsible have no drive to make their investment a nice place, they might actually fill their units if they did. (Ps... there are at least 3-6 empty units in buildings that should have 12 full apartments)
