Tide Used Appliances Service & Repair

I was going to go there and look to purchase a refrigerator. I was told about them from a friend. After reading the reviews I have changed my mind. Sounds like there is a of appliance technician rejects trying to run an appl repair and sales business that they have no business doing. Thanks for the reviews, or should I say warnings. I'm sure it saved me a lot of frustration..

All the one stars are like me, need a NO star option, they suck. Don't ever use these people or anyone associated with them, even the store in Cleveland. Total idiots. Asked them to fix a fridge for me, then they sold it for scrap without my consent. Total thieves.

i had them come to my house to tell me what is wrong with my dryer.. the guy they sent out said ï think its the mother board"said he would find me one. charged me $35.00 to come out and tell me what was wrong.. i had to call him three times then goto the store before he called me back.. said he found one for 280.00 i said ok when can you come put it on and if thats not the problem then im not paying.. he told me he cant guarantee thats the reason.. so i asked him what was the 35.00 for I could have guessed myself. very unprofessional. Stay away from these people

We brought a dryer there. The dryer doesn't dry anything. We tried calling and no answer. We also went up there too. No body was there ever.Sometimes they had a sign up saying they would be back in 15 minutes. More like never. I even felt sorry for the dog that was stuck there. We even left a sign and no response was made. DONT waste your time and money on them.

Had problems with the dryer on a maytag stacked unit. Paid to have heating element replaced. Wiring kept touching dryer drum and shorted system out twice. Heating element stopped working. Repairman removed drum and found several bad wires, too many wire nut connections and no over temp fuse connection. Essentially was set up as a firetrap. Owner told us he was not going to lose money to fix it right or replace it with a comparable unit. To make matters worse, they set up several repair appointments and were no call/no show. BEWARE!!!!

Robert came out right away.. He repaired my dishwasher and the price was Great!!! I highly recommend Tide for your repair.

Bought washer & dryer that was finally delivered valentines day. They didn't install dryer vent which I paid for. Called mgr he said he'd personally put it on the 15th between 4 and 4:30. At 5:30 I called and he said he had no dryer vents left and 2 deliveries to make he'd do it Monday the 17th. On Sunday washed a load of clothes to find water standing in the floor. Went in shop Monday and was told he'd fix the problem on his time line which is Tuesday during the hrs no one will be home. Was told I couldn't have a refund either. No sign is posted no refunds or on receipt. Do yourself a huge favor and pass them by. I'm stuck with a washer and dryer that I can't use and no refund. Run run run
