Quality Inn

Stopped for the night while travelling and couldn't have been more delighted. Reasonable rate, clean room and friendly knowledgeable staff. The rooms look to be recently updated and were very quiet. Breakfast was the standard fare. Great bargain.

As a female student needing to travel for her medical rotations, I look for safety, cleanliness, value, and good staff as well as amenities. I felt the Quality Inn of Cleveland offered all of these. I felt the room was spotless, comfortable, and safe. The owner/staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating of my needs. For long term stay, I was told that a reduced rate would be available. My on regret was that I didn't discover this place sooner! I could have easily stayed long term comfortably!

I really enjoyed my stay in this Quality Hotel. The room was very clean. The staff were terrific! You can stay at cheaper & more expensive places in Cleveland, you will not get the QUALITY like I had my 2 day stay there. I would totally recoomend this hotel to anyone who is going to stay in Cleveland

An excellent place to stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would stay there everytime I come to Cleveland. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent.

Could not ask for more for the price Check in was fast and friendly, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in and breakfast was well tended and enjoyable. My wife and I always travel with our two small dogs and usually the pet rooms are not as well kept at most hotels as the other rooms. Our pet room was odor free and in excellent condition. It is clear that the owner of this hotel takes pride in her hotel and her work. Not only will we stay at this hotel again, we look forward to it.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. LOVE the refrigerators in all rooms- this is a huge plus for us, as we are able to refreeze our cooler paks, and keep food from our car cooler , nice & cold overnight.

Great place to stay. Staff courteous but professional. Rates competitive-they have to be, there must be a dozen motels at this exit on I-75. Very close to gas and food! Room amazing. Super clean!

the service is great here. new owners are very nice. I was struggling and they helped me and my family out in order tokeep my daughter, grandson and I from having to sleep in the cold. will be back and will recommend Quality Inn, Cleveland Tn to everyone.

Friendly and helpful staff during check-in, breakfast and check-out. The location was near the interstate, restaurants and shopping location.

The night manager was very helpful with check-in. Our room was clean and spacious. Our king-size bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean, crisp and white. We had an accessible room and I appreciated the hand held shower. Also, there are 3 lamps and each had a USB port. We had a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was plentiful and we had a lot of choices

On the way to North Carolina for the week end. Stopper here for the night. It was a clean motel, with a great breakfast an a congenial staff. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again.
