  You never want to shop at this…

  You never want to shop at this particular Walmart unless you absolutely have to. The cashiers have nasty attitudes, you can never find any help! And the employees that answer the phone are so unprofessional. This particular Walmart really needs a customer service seminar!

  Store has a not so good return policy on…

  Store has a not so good return policy on DVD's they do not give refunds or due bills for DVD's purchased. That is what I was recently told. After purchasing a defective DVD that wouldn't work. I tried to exchange it but they didn't have anymore. I've checked for weeks with no luck. I was finally told by one of their assistant manager that I needed to find a store that had it and for me to exchange it. What kind of customer service is that! I purchased from that store because it was easy to get too. That was a mistake, I won't make again. Store should state policy on no refunds for DVD's.
