        I had my windshield replaced by Safelite, and for that part it was a good job. However, when it comes to the other parts of the service was really horrible! The technician removed my front wiper arms and stripped them. When he went to put them back on the wipers didn't work properly. I asked for a technician to come and make the repairs. After a few minutes he went on to say "do to corrosion on the groves of the arm they need to be replaced at my cost". They will not replace them or even take responsibility for the technician that stripped them in the first place. That so called "Safelite Guaranteed" is total B.S!!!!
