I called to have my AC checked as a precaution and was given a price, the technician tried charging more and said he would waive a bogus service call fee. Come to find a month later he purposely broke a clamp for my humidifier to fail prematurely and leak. They are dirty rotten liars and sneaks. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Called to have a clean and check done today, was scheduled between 8-9AM. Never showed. I spoke to Jack (the owner) and asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He proceeded to yell at me and told me to go somewhere else, then hung up. I have had 6 furnaces put in by Hogg between my property and rental properties and cannot believe how rudely I was treated after being a long time customer. Buyer beware!

My hubby & I own a bar. We hired Hogg to look @ our ice machine & clean coils on commercial coolers. Cleaning was sub par & the owner JACK who came out personally, over charged us! He cleaned 5 coolers & charged for 6! JACK, the owner, also stated that he would make a 2nd visit to check coolers temperatures after cleaning. He NEVER returned. When I called him to complain about issues I had, he argued. He seemed inebriated. Do not hire HOGG! THE OWNER IS A DRUNK that doesn't know the HVAC trade! !!
