Babies R Us

My recent visit at Toys R Us/Babies R Us was very different then when I visited a few years back. The store is a lot cleaner than I remember it being and it really felt like a friendly environment as soon as you walk in. Although the staff was limited they were especially helpful even though there was people waiting for their attention they made me feel very valued and they seemed very focused on making my time in the store great. Nowadays with online shopping being so convenient and in most cases less expensive there isn't much reason to actually go out and shop. However this is exactly what the in store service needs to be at to get the customer in the store and deliver ACTUAL customer service which I'm pretty sure is something long forgotten by retailers. I will be sure to continue to share my experience
