this place is the worst !!!! the owner very rude and told me if i dont like it go somewhere else

Don't use this company for luggage repair. I had a new zipper put in a backpack by them. Upon returning home I realized the zipper want put in the incorrect location. The tailor decided to install the zipper the easiest way possible...not the way it originally was. When I went back to talk to the owner he told me that the guy who fixed it knew what his was doing and that he wouldn't fix. He said that if I wanted it to be installed the way it was I needed to specify that.

Very shady business and owner. One dissatisfied customer. Wouldn't use them for any of the other services they offer either.

I was looking for someone to fix two lampshades of mine that are very old. When I saw your sight I thought I had a place that could help me. You're are close to my home since I live in Lakewood, Ohio. Well I thought I would look at your gallery. I tried 3 times and you will not let me. So I will not be using your services. Thank you for nothing!!!!!
