This place is outdated, they obviously don't put money into keeping up the place. They have these bizarre dances for some online dating service that attracts scum. The one time I ate here some alarm was going off the entire time while we ate, nobody seemed to care or notice it was going off. WEIRDOS. I would never go back

The 43rd class reunion for John Marshall High School was held at the 100th Bomb Group Restaurant today. The experience was wonderful and our group has already decided to hold our annual event at the same venue next year. The food was superb and the service was perfect.
The only redeeming quality that this restaurant has to offer is the ambience. The servers, in particular Julia, were out right rude. Julia is in the wrong proffesion and should not be working with the general public. May I suggest prison guard. I am shocked that she is permitted to be so disrepectfull and that her behavior is tolerated by management.
When I complained about Julia to who I percieved to be in charged I was offered an apology. I has thought that since it was clear that our party of six was displeased that the staff would have bent over backwards to improve our dinning experience. This was not to be the case. Our party was pretty much ignored for the rest of the evening.
When my food arrived every morsel on my plate was COLD. The meal was tastless and the beef tough. At this point the evening was ruined for me as well as for my companions. They had complaints about food as well. We just wanted to finish our overpriced nasty dinning experience and leave.
I would never patronize this restaurant again nor will I recommend it.
Its a shame, this is not the old Bombers that you went to years ago. Now you have disorganized managers who cant even get a simple party reservation correct, the rudest wait staff in Cleveland, overpriced food that was inedible and the slowest service that i can ever remember receiving. I am not sure what type of math Citysearch uses but when i took the 3 reviews @ 5 star (obviously doesn't eat out much) 2 star and 2 star reviews and average them i come up with a 3 star average and not a 4 star. But then again that might be me just using old fashion math.
I booked a surprise birthday party for my wife and when we arrived the hostess couldn't find my reservation even though the entire party is in the lounge waiting. Finally i had to say to her ""Oh there it is"" and point to it on the reservation sheet. She then responds to us, "" Oh, they are in the lounge go right in."" Gee, thanks for ruining the surprise and don' you think you should have at least walked us to the lounge?
Although annoying, that doesn't really have much to do with the inedible food. There were 6 guests who ordered full course meals. Out of the six, each one was unable to complete the extremely overpriced main course. The appetizers .. Calamari which was rubbery and can be found at your local supermarket in the frozen fish isle. Chicken BBQ rolls were actually ok, although they lacked any originality, they weren't that bad. You cant really mess up Friday's frozen Artichoke dip so that was tasty.
I had read a review that said they had eaten better meals at Arthur Treatchers and i would agree completely. OH and one more thing. If you have a small intimate birthday party, DO not bring a cake because when you do receive your insultingly high bill, it will also have a cake cutting charge of $1.00 a slice.
The lounge is very nice and the atmosphere is fantastic. Its just too bad that the staff of high schoolers and ex-cons work there.

This was the first time me and my husband have been to this restaurant at the recommendation of his supervisor. We made our reservations and was seated promptly when we arrived. It was a Saturday night so we weren't exactly served right away but we understood as they were quite busy. But our server was quite EXCELLENT. His name was James. He was not only knowledgable about the menu but was very friendly. Their were four tables in our little area and you can tell that those couples were quite satisfied with not only the food, but also the service. I would recommend this restaurant again and again.

If this place ever wants to thrive as the business they used to once be, they need to step up to the plate. We tried this new place several times over the summer as it is close to our house. Service was consistently bad, food mediocre, and believe it or not we were served wine with dirty glasses (lipstick on the glass which is totally unacceptable). I filed a formal email complaint to their GM and never heard back which is completely disappointing. It appears the restaurant wants to specialize in their catering and wedding banquets but they are ignoring their other main customer as well. I hope the restaurant improves because the outdoor patio and views are great!

The 100th Bomb Group need to brush up on there Customer Service Skill. The first waitress at the Lounge was Rude and short. I started to ask her where we could sit and was rudly intruped. She blurted out"" Where Busy!"". Then another watress took our drink order and 15 Mins latter our drink order came, but not before 4 other table got served before our table. These 4 other tables came in 10 Mins after us. Plus it took over a hour to be served dinner after ordering. Rest Not Busy:-(((((
