IGNORE THE REVIEW FROM G below. When has anyone EVER purchased trimmed beef tenderloin for 9.99/#? Is he SERIOUS? Please READ the print. The higher price for the cuts is b/c the meat is trimmed and packaged, it takes time. Even 23.99/# isn't a horrible price for tenderloin...I've paid as much as $28.00/#. He needs to get out more and take reading comprehension classes.
If you want to make a great dish, Thayer's has wonderful quality at a reasonable price that is worth the trip (If you're not out that way). They have a great selection of Lunch Meat, Beef, Pork, Poultry, Seasonings, Canned/Boxed goods and Frozen Foods that are at a much better quality than your "average" supermarket.
Mary Margaret and Maureen do awesome work. If you are having a cook out or if you are need of a more elegant meal, they can do it. The food quality is outstanding and I recommend Thayer's Meats to any one that asks. Well worth the drive to Parma.
