Great job Yellow Scooters, we loved the scooter and it was invaluable for the time we spent in Disney. Delivery was perfectly timed when we got of the Magical Express at All Star movies your delivery guy was there waiting with the scooter. And when we where leaving we booked for 8am and he was texting me at 7:30 to confirm I was still good for returning the scooter. Faultless service and a great scooter. Thanks, see you next year.
Thanks yellow scooters you are a life saver. We spent one day at Disney and mom could not handle the heat and the walking. we saw one of your scooters in the park, got the number and called you. The lady on the phone was so helpful and the scooter was at our hotel when we got back from the park that afternoon thanks to you guys fast service we where able to go back out that evening to watch the fireworks in Epcot. Awesome fast service and the scooter saved our vacation. A+++++++++++++++++ Yellow Scooters Thank you so much!!!
This company is greedy, rip off, lousy customer service. Rented a scooter for a wk. Delivered to resort on Sun. Took it to Disney on Mon morning. Got to the entrance and scooter broke down. It would moved then stopped. Called the store and they offered to exchange for a new one but we had to push it to the Contemporary Resort. We are in our 60's. No way we could do that. After a few calls i met them at the entrance. I told them to keep the scooter that I didn't want it for the week. Jackie the woman i talked to was rude. She refused to reimburse me for the rest of the week. Arrived home I tried calling the company but no one answered. I eventually talked to Stephen Briddon, the owner, thru their online chat. Lot of good that did. All he tried to do was imply that it's all on us. Or as he so eloquently put it "that's life". Arrogant and rude man. Funny I looked him up on Facebook and he just bought a new truck for the business and he can't get it to work. What comes around goes around.
I rented a scooter for three days. On day one I had to charge it 5 times, I could not ride but for a few minutes and it would die. My son in law had to push it out of Disney. The company picked the scooter up after day ones failure, I requested a full refund but no such luck. Charged for three days!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Do not rent from them!! They will charge your account with unauthorized charges!!! BEWARE. If you do happen to rent here, use a credit card, not a debit, so that it is easier to have charges taken off! They will never have my business again! They charged my account $65 & sent an email thanking me for my order!! Excuse me!?!? What order? They claim that I ordered a basket for the scooter that I rented!! They refused to take the charge off of my account. I called my bank & they told me it would be a $30 charge to stop payment and that the company might try to charge my account again costing me a total of $95! I've learned my lesson the hard way!
BEWARE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! We rented 3 scooters for 5 days and were charged for 6! Also they charged us $38.95 for a 29.00 cooler rental because we added it after our original reservation they said there was a $9.00 charge that we were not told about! To top it off the cooler they rent you is not alowed in the parks! We've tried to speak with the manager and he won't call us back and they refuse to refund our money for the extra day for all 3 scooters and for the cooler that we aren't allowed to use! Also the scooter have bad batteries and have to constantly be charged thru the day! Stay away from these crooks!
Company likes to rip off people. Call them immediately after making a reservation to change and cancel and they do not issue full refund per their policies. Staff repeatedly hung up on me. Only got a refund less $25 after getting Disney VISA involved. Company does not follow its own posted policy about reservations less than 24 hours but will hold you to it and not refund a dime back
Not worth the hassle, Chargers didn't work properly, I was advised by Steve that I didn't plug in the charger correctly. Worked great the first and second day the third day we had to PUSH the scooter out of the park!! Fourth day worked fine, last day....again had to push the scooter out of the park, even after we charged it twice while in the park, once for and hour and the second time for 5 hours!! No apologies from the owner...no offer of a refund of any kind. i WILL NOT be renting from this company again.
