This company is greedy, rip off, lousy customer service. Rented a scooter for a wk. Delivered to resort on Sun. Took it to Disney on Mon morning. Got to the entrance and scooter broke down. It would moved then stopped. Called the store and they offered to exchange for a new one but we had to push it to the Contemporary Resort. We are in our 60's. No way we could do that. After a few calls i met them at the entrance. I told them to keep the scooter that I didn't want it for the week. Jackie the woman i talked to was rude. She refused to reimburse me for the rest of the week. Arrived home I tried calling the company but no one answered. I eventually talked to Stephen Briddon, the owner, thru their online chat. Lot of good that did. All he tried to do was imply that it's all on us. Or as he so eloquently put it "that's life". Arrogant and rude man. Funny I looked him up on Facebook and he just bought a new truck for the business and he can't get it to work. What comes around goes around.
