i 100% agree with yahooo this place is total crap its been terrible since the day we moved in here originally my husband and i were supposed to rent to own our mobile home when we first moved in the house was total crap so many repairs had to be done when we began to "renovate" we found mold all over our house our daughters bathroom was a total reck the shower wall was completey rotted it was just horrible to make a very long story short our neighbors were the worst people to live next to both neighbors on both sides had huge dogs that kept pooping on our drive way!!!!!! our two 1 yr old daughters couldnt even play outside because these animals were always loose!! when we brought this up to the office theire response was "oh we didnt know they had dogs"!!!??? really!!!! not to mention the embarrasing arguments between neighbors that our guest had to watch as they were coming into our house!! its just been terrible i dont care how cheap this is here its not worth it!!!!!! go else where!!!

Yahooooo obviously was renting in here? Have lived here since 2000 house was here before that was lived in by family members and by someone else before that even..a lot of these homes are older and need work..Yes the rent is raised every year and now we have to deal with a garbage fee as well as water and sewer..but this neighborhood is not unlike other neighborhoods it has its aholes but nice people too..at least three management that recently took over is nice to deal with and tries to put together community get togethers and even had a church come out to help fix up a few houses that needed it..we have also never had a break in or an attempt even in the thirteen years here...so yes the neighborhood has its issues but if you are gonna rent to own something that has not been lived in for the past year best to check it out BEFORE moving in!

this place and management really sucks too they don't care. only care about the appearance of the outside of the community. you ask to get something fix it is pullingout teeth because it is done half a**. i am looking for a new place to live and away from this nightmare. the home i live in is crap when we moved it had not been lived in a year and it was dirty and disgusting. the people that lived here before had animals and you could smell it when moved in. this area everybody is in your business and rudenesss. so i guess it is ok to fix the mangers office building but i also guess the people that live here dont need anything fixed. i feel this is a major disappointment for the price that is being paid for the rent on this small crap. people who try to sell there moblie homes are asking stupid prices and even when there if any work has to be done to the moblie crap. wow i dont know who hell would want to live here. dont feel safe the people that live treat other like gargae because they think they are better than you
