Trinity Elms Health & Rehab

The rehab department is good and there is a great activity director. However, the nursing staff has some issues. There are problems with answering the call button. Some of the nurses and CNA's are rude and uncaring. Their attitudes are not good. There are some very caring nurses, but there are a significant number who act bothered and even rude. I would not recommend this facility until they take action to make sure that the CNA's/nurses actually understand their responsibilities and willingly help people. There are many caring ones, but there are also too many who act like taking care of the patient is a bother and a burden. Part of the issue may be that in addition to nursing duties, they are required to serve the meals. So, as a result, if a patient needs to use the restroom during a meal, they are out of luck.....
