I went in feeling like my day could t get worse because my car broke down and I could t get it fixed unless I spent too much money on it. Jokingly I said maybe we could buy a car and not only did we get the kind of car that we wanted but we got it at a price that was acceptable and worked with a salesmen who didn't treat us like a number but like humans. It felt really good to buy a car here. Nothing like any other dealer I know.

Walker truly is Ford. The service department personnel are excellent and care about the vehicles. They are friendly, professional and helpful.

Once we made a final decision John and the finance team was very helpful with finding a finance option that matched what we were looking for. Irene became a friend! Brett Hughes, in the business office, became a friend. I found these people easy to talk with yet very professional. To anyone who is looking for a new or used car , this is the place to come. It has a family environment with people who really care and are willing to try to go over and above to get you in a car. They always have a smile and willing to listen to your needs and than take it from there.

I have bought two cars within this month and the only reason why I was not happy with the first one because I did not take the time to really look everything over. So I called and talked to Tracy Affrunti who is the sales and leasing manager. She went over and beyond to see what they could do to solve the issue. So in a few days time they came back with a few options. I decided that since I wanted more than what this car had, they decided to look into putting me into the next car up which was the ford fashion titanium. Which has everything and more I wanted. So this took a few more days to figure what they could do and do you know they were able to buy back my car that I just got for the full amount and put me in another the one I wanted. And I do know that most dealerships would not do this because for one it has lost value when it drove off the lot, they already lost money on the first deal in some ways, but did make some on other ways. But with this car they worked the numbers to make to be able to get into this car. And I am sure that this was a loss to them as well. But they went over and beyond to make me happy in so many ways. They even gave me lunch since it took time to tint my windows. I also truly believe that all of the staff truly want there customers to always leave with knowing they had great service. And I can tell you this if you have a problem, just be calm and talk to someone there and they will do there best to make you satisfied and solve any issue you might have. I also met Mr. Walker Ford and I can tell you from what I see by talking to him and also from his commercials he truly is what they say, a very kind and caring person and always wants everyone who walks into his store to feel welcome and always leaves with a smile on there face because of good service. So again I want to thank all the staff at Walker Ford for making me feel like family and I will always remember how good- no how fantastic you all treated me! Thanks again! Mr Hamm
