I've never had an issue with this…
I've never had an issue with this company until today. I went to their webpage and set up a time pick up for around 9am; and here it is almost 10am and they haven't arrived yet. I called to find out why they haven't arrived yet and they didn't check their computer to see if anyone ordered a cab. Here I am waiting for the cab to arrive so I can get to the emergency room. Not an urgent emergency where I need to call for an ambulance, but need to get to the e.r so I have a dr's note for work and to get antibiotics for a severe infection in my jaw. WTF. What's the point of being able to order a cab online if they aren't even going to pay attention to their computers? I definitely won't be giving a tip today since they can't do their job right.

This is one of the worst taxi services…
This is one of the worst taxi services out there i would say. My brother and I waited for over an hour to get pick up by these aholes. So i called them back and they said they were extremely busy, im think to myself "your a f@$%ing cab company, you are suposed to be busy, but you are not suposed to take over an hour to pick some one up that needs a 10 min drive" Worst cab company ever never calling these people again, and i think i may have some words with their management.

I didn't just fall off the turnip truck, driver went 3 miles out of his way to my destination. I figure that is about 7 bucks. He would of got a 10.00 tip on a "40.00" fare - but as it were he got the fare paid & no tip. Cab was a piece of junk Chevy & driver reeked of cigarette smoke.

No reccomendation! Called 45 minutes ago and they said it would be under 10minutes. Staying at the Vinoy, you would think they would be here in a timely manner. When I called to cancel, the man hung up on me.THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE.

Great Service
Made my reservation the night before for a 6 AM pick-up. Driver was there right on time. She was nice and conversational. Car was very clean and driver took the direct route to the St Pete Clearwater Airport. I was very satisfied.
