We are all enjoying our 650 waterfall hot tub we bought from Spa Manufacturers. Our sales person was great and the delivery guys were very polite. The kids have a blast in it, my husband and I really like the therapy jets. It make for a nice evening for us all!

I was severly hurt working in law enforcement which lead me to retire earlier then planned. I would go to the gym to swim and use their hot tub just for relief but it took me at least an hour to get ready and get out the door, then the drive there. I decided I wanted the warm water therapy and to be able to swim without leaving my home. I found spa manufacturers and had a great experience over the phone with my sales lady. I purchased their deluxe swim spa and received it about 7 weeks ago. I use swim spa everyday in the morning to swim, that stretches my body and thats what I need, then when I'm done swimming I relax in the jets which really relieves my back pain. At night I get in before bed on the jet end to relax again. I sleep so much better every night. I am very happy I made this purchase and I was able to save so much money with them too. They were so kind and gave me a law enforcement discount.

Just got done using my hot tub and I must say this is one of the best purchases I have ever made. You do not realize how much having one helps your body. I love that I was able to custom place some of my jets to hit exactly where I need them to hit. If you are in the market for a hot tub, I highly recommend Spa Manufacturers. They have absolutely stellar customer service and hot tubs!

WOW WOW WOW! I have to say they have the most awesome customer service. I am a first time hot tub owner and if there was something to do wrong with it, I would do it lol. So long story short, I totally messed up the chemicals and pushed random control buttons...messed it all the way up. I called them directly and got walked through it all so easily. Chemicals are now perfect and control panel is under control....ITS SO EASY NOW!!!
FYI- All the mess was caused by me but because of their employees, I am enjoying my hot tub everyday!

I am a competitive swimmer and I can say I have tried easily at least 6 different models to make sure I can keep a steady paced swim which is very important for me. Most of the swim spas from different locations I tried had that "river current" or whatever they call it...I would out swim it in one stroke, so the sales person told me to put a tether around my ankle. NO THANK YOU. The whole purpose is to be able to swim and not have something tied around my leg. So I actually flew to Clearwater to try this companies swim spa. I immediately took to it and swam perfectly. The adjustable current they have on theirs is exactly what I needed. I bought it right away! Fast forward to it shipping out to me in in AZ...everything went great and I swim in it everyday! I am very happy with their product and the sales team.

I want everyone to know how wonderful my experience was with this company. Everything from walking in the door to look at their selection to getting my hot tub delivered was so smooth. I enjoy relaxing in the morning before work and at the end of the day before bed. This makes everyday so much better.

Bravo Spa Manufacturers for a fantastic hot tub! My wife has always talked about getting one and when we found you guys we knew there was no other place to shop. My wife is beyond happy with it and that makes me happy as well. Great hot tub, great delivery crew and great service.

We purchased a hot tub from Spa Manufacturers and it was the best decision we had ever made. Never having owned one, we did our due diligence by doing the research, knowing what questions to ask and checking out the competition. Spa Manufacturers came out on top for quality and price. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were excellent from purchase to installation. There was a bit of a learning curve afterwards in terms of keeping the water clean, knowing when and what chemicals to add and which ones to use. Our salesperson was extremely helpful in helping us with this and continually answered all our questions to our complete satisfaction. All is all it was a very positive experience and commend them for their pre and after sales customer service and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the market for their first or replacement spa, they are a great choice.

I moved to Tampa and didn't know anything about the area but I knew I wanted a hot tub for my porch since I've always had one up north. I admit I did not do my research and I bought from a company that I don't want to mention their name because they do not deserve free advertisement from me regardless of It being negative. So I paid for it and was scheduled a delivery date. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! NOT EVEN A CALL. I tried to reach a "manager" for 4 days without a call back. I ended up calling my credit card company and getting my money back. Well I still needed a hot tub!! I did research this time and found Spa Manufacturers and THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM! Not only did they give me an awesome deal, they showed up!! The delivery crew was perfect and so polite. I wish I would have found them the first time . Trust me when I say, go to them!! Don't get tricked by other companies out there unless you like going through heck and back.

I got my swim spa about 2 months ago and I use it everyday. HUGE relief on my body. The truck was delayed due to a huge storm rolling through the Tampa Bay Area (there is nothing you can do about that) but the shipping department was so good about keeping me informed. I am happy that they care about their customers because a lot of companies wouldn’t be so informative once they get the business. This by far is one of my top 5 favorite purchase for sure! I really recommend Swim Spa Manufacturers if you are wanting to get a swim spa.

I am really happy with my swim spa from here. I have had it coming on 1 year now and I still get awesome customer service from them. The swimming current is very nice because I can adjust it to my pace. I have also lost weight using it! My husband is a much stronger swimmer than I am so the full force is perfect!

I got my swim spa last month and of course we have a nice snow storm here in NY and I still went out and used it. I cranked the heater to 104 and enjoyed every minute I was in it. Kind of funny to be in a hot tub swim spa with snow piled up next to it. I am very happy with the product quality and the customer service that came along with it. My mother in law just actually placed an order after trying mine.

My husband and I accepted delivery of our Swim spa 2 weeks ago here in Maryland. We were so excited to get it and now that we have it we do not want to get out of it! My husbands work is very physical and therefore his body takes alot. After a long day at work he comes home, swims to loosen his body than he relaxes in the jetted therapy seats to relax his muscles. I haven't seen him so comfortable in many many years. I myself love to relax in the therapy jet seats as well with him. We were so thankful to come across their website and get such a great price on it! This was certainly a great Christmas present for ourselves!

My swim spa is great. The nights have been really chilly and I have the heat set at 101 and it's perfect! I really like the fact that I can go from swimming to relaxing instantly. I dont have to get out of the swim spa from the swim lane and get back in on the spa side like people have to on the ones that have those walls in between or climb over any divider wall. That would be awkward and cold! I had to do that when I tested a unit that had one. That was annoying. So fast forward I had a question later in the evening knowing the store was closed so I emailed expecting a respnse the next day but within minutes I got a response and answer! That's awesome customer service.

I ordered my swim spa over the phone with Sarah. We talked back and forth for awhile and she gave me great information. She explained the entire purchasing procedure and shipping. I feel like she got me an excellent deal on my deluxe swim spa! I do not normally make big purchases without seeing them in person but after talking to her, my research and talked to a couple other customers that have bought from them, I had no issues. I got my swim spa and really enjoy it. Wonderful purchase from a great company!

My swim spa arrived last week and I use it everyday! I have lost 11 lbs so far and I feel great! My entire goal was to lose weight and tone my body. This has been a perfect purchase so far. My salesperson was very helpful and got me into the perfect package to fit my needs. Thank you guys!

BEST SWIM SPA EVER!!! I am an everyday swimmer that just relocated from Sarasota Florida to Nashville Tennessee. I had a pool at my florida home and purchased a home in TN that did not have a pool. Needless to say I MISSED SWIMMING! I began my price quotes for pools in the area and my head just about spun off on how expensive they were. So I started researching swim spas as well. They were better priced but still expensive. I totally racked my brain trying to remember the company that made them in Clearwater. As I dug deeper I found them!!! Spa Manufacturers!! I called and got amazing prices plus my shipping was free....whoo hooo! I bought right away over the phone. So now I have my swim spa and I am back to swimming everyday again. Let me you, that swim current is STRONG but I am able to slow it down as I get tired. Thsi is the best purchase I have made in a long time. I am a VERY happy customer!!

I wanted to compliment spa manufacturers on how easy and smooth my out of state purchase was with Sarah. She had so much patience with my situation and really helped me work out details that could have held me up from purchasing. You know you are dealing with a wonderful company when your saleperson goes way beyond what they have too to ensure the process is easy for their customer. I am so happy I went with spa manufacturers with my swim spa purchase verses a couple other companies I saw on the internet. Also alittle advice to future shoppers, spa manufacturers maked their products in the USA. I talked to a couple other companies and found out those were imported into the US. I'd rather keep my money and business in the US as much as possible. DO your research!
