Peterson Auto & Truck has been taking care of my older model vehicle for two years. Whenever I have a car issue I try to educate myself to know what I'm in for.... Peterson's has never tried to pull one over on me, or up-sell me. I happen to work nearby Peterson's, so let me begin by promoting the fact that these guys give up to a 20% discount because of it..not too shabby, considering that most auto places want to charge MORE! I had my starter die on me a few months back..but these guys were great at making me get a little piece of mind. No tow charges at all, reasonable price & friendly service. I, unfortunately, had my alternator just die on me yesterday, but knew I could count on Peterson's to get me back on the road. My repair & oil change was completed first thing the next day. Not one single complaint AAAAAAA++- HANDS DOWN

I found this shop on the web and I'm glad that I did. All the good reviews on here are the truth. The customer service is excellent. The job they did on my Cadillac was great and now I feel that all the places I went for service in the past including the dealership were just ripp offs. Peterson Auto & Truck takes care of business and I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who's looking for the best service in town.

Best shop I have ever found and here is why. I have never had a business so interest in my being 100 % satisfied as Peterson Auto and Truck. Kevin or Chris most patiently and thoroughly discuss what work needs to be done. They won't over sell you or over price you. Even if you have been going to your favorite shop in the past, I would say stop in and talk to Kevin or Chris. I believe you will switch to Peteson for all you future repair work. Always friendly and up front about problems I have with my truck. Since I am a woman, I defintiely don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of or ripped off when I go there!!

i know just enough about engines and cars to be dangerous. with that being said i brought my F-150 in and informed kevin what i thought might be going on with the charging system. he listened, checked it out and i was right as well as one or two other issues he found. nice to be able to trust a shop for once.

The guys at Peterson were great. They looked over everything and then discussed the repair with me. Everything was great and they even saved the old parts to show me what all broke.

Very honest and professional people that know what they’re doing. Let me tell you my testimony:

I work in a transportation department with couriers cars. This place has been taking care of a fleet of 8 2007 Toyota Corolla (so far so good). 3 cars are well over 300K miles and still running great thanks to the maintenance provided by them (1 is almost 400K miles). They offer great services along with fair prices. You will find the best products in the market (BG, AMSOIL, etc.)

Run, don't walk, to Peterson Auto & Truck when you need a competent, trustworthy mechanic to take care of your vehicle. Kevin Peterson and his professional, friendly staff have taken tender loving care of my 2000 BMW, serviced it and repaired it, at a reasonable cost. They never sell me what I don't need! I keep coming back because they deliver excellent service, all the time. They explain the procedures they do without "talking down," and they don't assume that the customer knows nothing about cars.
