LA Fitness

We came from GA for 5 days to Clearwater and try to use this la fitness location. It was a horrible experience. Despite the fact we are la fitness customers, they treated us with an passive aggressive attitude, I meant, apparently nice but with harsh content, like "we don't give any special treatment to customers" also we complained with the manager about a bag practice from one of the employees who said loudly one of our friends that he had a balance in his account, but she (keity is the name of the employee) did it with a clear intention of humiliation. And when we complained about the inappropriate situation, the manager (karla) said "I would do the same". Both of them just shown an insulting RACIST attitude. I think the video that we recorded would be a great proof. These 2 ladies are a shame for LA fitness brand.
