We had a an amazing time looking for prom dresses. Thank you crystal and Stephanie for helping me find the perfect dress.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My sister went in to try on wedding dresses, and she found a dress that she loved! The associate working with her claimed that that dress that she loved, was discontinued. Unfortunately the dress was not in her size. We asked her to go look in the system to see if there were any more in the country. She came back quite quickly claiming that there were no more. She then brought my sister a similar dress that my sister fell in love with! The price was FIVE times the amount my sister was willing to spend



My sister was quite disappointed when we left, we looked the dress up on their website and not only was it in her size, it was available in EVERY SIZE! We chose to go to a different David's bridal, to share our experience with the company. It just so happens that at THAT location of David's bridal, not only was her dress there... but it was in the size that the original associate from the original store swore up and down there were no more in the entire country

I am so happy to have had a redeeming dress shopping experience at this David's Bridal location after a not-so great experience at a Massachusetts location. I absolutely loved the service and the girl that helped me, Mandy! She was wonderfully attentive, and incredibly sweet the entire time and made my visit very special. I am so glad to have purchased my wedding dress here and would highly recommend this location to others as well.

Horrible place and the most Wretched customer service!!! UGH! Save yourself!!

they have dresses for all budgets don't be intimidated and think you will be paying up the tush for a dress...... you will FEEL like an actual bride.



David's Bridal is the sweat shop of bridal shops. I was treated like garbage here. They double booked the lady that “helped” me... my maid of honor (thank GOD for her) had to dress me in these gowns I've never known to put on myself. She didn't clasp them to fit me - I had my maid of honor holding them tight on my body to get a general idea of what they would look like. The lady didn't even give me undergarments to try the dress on with. The ONE time she came into the fitting room to bring a gown in her breath smelled of stale cigarettes and coffee. It was disgusting. .For some unknown reason I ended up buying a dress that day... the lady didn't tell me about getting a dress extra-long so I could wear heels. By the time I bought shoes and put them on with the gown you could see my ankles. I didn't know what I was doing!? Silly me (learned from my mistake) This lady will not stop calling me and asking if I'm doing ok. SHE NEVER HELPED ME TO BEGIN WITH. I've asked that she quit calling but apparently she never remembers to update my file because I still receive calls.



I ended up selling the dress and finding a gorgeous gown from a designer at a boutique for the same amount of money I paid/sold my David’s dress. I was treated like a beautiful special bride every place I went to besides David’s.



if i could give it Zero stars, I would. Terrible.

The dresses we bought from here are beautiful, My wedding gown included. When I bought my dress, I also picked out the bridesmaids and flower girls dresses. At that time, after I *paid* for my gown of course, They just wrote down the model number I wanted and said I was done. The following week I luckily came in to have some of my girls try on dresses for size, I was then told my flower girl dresses had to be ordered THAT DAY [Saturday] (1 week later to the day I bought my gown) OR they would not be here in time for the wedding. Then I was told The Bridesmaids dresses had to be in by Wednesday!! Just a few days later. I WISH I had known this when I picked them out, I wouldnt have had to rush my bridal party to get sized in 3 days notice! And we had to buy flower girl dresses off the rack- too late to order them!!



Was a tiring experience. I did get my dresses, finally. They are beautiful of course. I recommend using the Outlet or Sale section of their website- if you know exactly what size fits you (they run small by 1 size), 12 dollars shipping is worth it- they arrive in 1 week, not the 5 it takes for the store to get them in!!!
