CTS Towing & Transport

If you are going to get a car that has been towed because of the Pinellas Sheriff's Office impounded it, be careful. My scenario was the actual owner (older people) moved to Chicago, gave the car to the grandson (no license, but a friend would drive the car). His mother is in Houston. After five weeks I went to take care of the matter (I am in Tampa). I took care of all the preliminaries.



They brought out the car. He handed me the key and said, "The back tire is flat." I was already overwhelmed. I said, "The back tire is flat!!! You're giving me a car with a flat tire!! I need to think for a minute. I have to figure out what I am going to do. Just go away. I need to make a phone call and figure this out."



End result is the owner/manager came out yelling me to get the hell off his property. I wasn't going to come onto his property and talk to his employees like that. Get the hell off his property or I will have you arrested. The two boys were over there snickering (I'm not kidding).



I am 55, well educated, employed in the legal field for 30 years, and am a court reporter. I was very mindful of my demeaner. I was not loud, yelling, swearing, or derogatory in any manner. I can't imagine what those two young boys said to him.



If you have to deal with these people in an adverse situation, take someone with you. Take a digital recorder and video. As something as simple as getting a little overwhelmed, I can't imagine what could have happened with a person who actually is beligerant and angry and yelling.

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND EVERYONE THERE IS VERY NICE AND THE EXPERIENCE OF THE DRIVERS THAT THEY HAVE.NICE NEWER TRUCKS THAT ARE VERY CLEAN AND CLEAN CUT. VERY QUICK I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT LONG AT ALL THEY HAD PICKED ME UP IN UNDER 20 MIN EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN TOWED.



THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY NICE AND COMPETITIVE IN PRICE THEY WORKED TO KEEP ME GOING ON THE BUDGET THAT I HAD TO WORK WITH. THERE MECHANIC ARE CERTIFIED AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING WHICH IS VERY HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A RIDE HOME SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT THERE ALL DAY WHILE THEY WORKED ON MY CAR.

I had my brake's done there and about two weeks later and $800.00 my car was acting funny (as in not running right) to I took it back because I never had this problem before, and they said that It was the "BRAIN" of the car and that it would be $600.00 to be replaced. Something is "STRANGE" here, you take your car in to get fixed and it come's out broken!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID!!!!!!!

i have been doing business with this establishment for about 6 months and everytime i bring my car here for service i get the royal treatment.everyone is friendly and the place is honest which means the most to me.there is no place around that knows allante's like clearwater tow.
