I took my mother to the 3 -1 and it was late and we have been shopping all day with the family....we got to the Drivethru to place our order...My mom was not feeling well, her sugar was low from her diabetic reaction and wanted to sit down some where's and have her dinner. The Dinning area was all ready closed, we placed the order, when we got to the window, we started to panic because mom started to feel worst,which we thought mybe we should take her the emergency. The Manager of the Restruant heard us and said we could come inside and have our dinner. He open the Dinning room and welcome all of us and he got Juice for my mom, which brought back her sugar level...She started to feel a lot better, after she got some food and juice in her.....The Manager Ed Hanna, came over and kept checking on her, she gave him a big hug and thank him for his kindness and concern....The Food was very good and hot. We have been there before and never received such a great treatment. My Mother even told him that she wished that all Stores had a person like Ed Hanna, and the world would be a much better place.
The place was clean and the restrooms were decent. The food was fresh and not sitting on the counter. The place does get crowded at lunch and the lines were long, but moved quickly.
Clean and the lines are long at lunch time. Food is the same at each of the franchise, but tastes good. Need to read the ingredients to make sure you get the best item for you.
