Wonderful service! Highly recommended! They came out when they said they would, technicians were very polite and they killed the yellow jackets I had!

Wonderful! There were wasps in the chimney and another company could not kill them but ABC came out took care of the problem! They know what they are doing!

I called up because my Wife is very allergic to Bees and told them what was going on and they offered to Spray the home which I had declined on the phone. So they get to my house and claim to find no nest which they did not even check the roof and instead sprayed my House Mesquitos which I had declined over the phone. When i called to notify that there where even more bees than before they wanted to recharge me for what they were suppose to do in the first place.......LIVID

After I paid for service (way too much) they ended up missing a yellowjacket nest that was less than two feet away from the garage in a paper yard waste bag. I called a week after first app and asked for the "free touch up" they told me about when I bought their service. Instead of saying "I'm sorry, we'll take care of it", they told me that I would have to pay for another application. It was only after I made a threat to dispute their charge on my credit card that they agreed to come back out per their original agreement but that it would be a few days.

The next morning, a "Senior Manager" (the owner I suspect) called my neighbor who had originally referred me and told him that I asked the service tech to take out the yard waste bag to the curb. My neighbor wasn't happy to be bothered at work re: this matter and I am ABSOLUTELY LIVID that this perfect moron expected my neighbor to talk me out of the re-application. My neighbor is done referring this SHAM outfit.

I had a nice expletive filled conversation with this "Senior Manager" as my daughter lives in this house and is severly allergic to stings. THEIR POOR SERVICE COULD LITERALLY HAVE KILLED MY DAUGHTER.
