  I had Comfort Plus install new furnace.

  I had Comfort Plus install new furnace. Chris the owner, nice guy but the product Frigidaire he sells is terrible. Very noisy and very loud. Do not hire this company you will be very disappointed in their products. The name Comfort Plus is a misnomer. It's not comforting at all. Thus the one star rating. Will not recommend nor will I hire again.

  Comfort Plus exceeded my expectations.

  Comfort Plus exceeded my expectations. Honest, caring and efficient. My basement has white carpeting. You would not know I had a dirty, dusty and sooty 20+ year furnace removed and a new furnace installed. Chris and Tim, You are awesome! You earned my business and respect. I trust I will refer your name with the enthusiasm you deserve. Congratulations, on a job well done!

  Fast, high quality, neat, friendly and…

  Fast, high quality, neat, friendly and reasonable - that is how I would describe the Comort Plus team. Saved the day for me when my furance stopped working on a cold day so they they get my high praise.

  Excellent, prompt, courteous, friendly, honest... I cannot say enough good things about Chris and Comfort Plus. They installed a new furnace & A/C, they were on time, did a great job, cleaned up and explained all the details when they were done. I could not have asked for better service and look forward to working with them in the future!

  This company is responsive, informative, and fairly priced. I needed a new furnace fan motor (10 year old furnace). I was told what all my options were with no pressure to make any particular decision. Since I needed to replace my furnace fan motor I decided to also replace my 17 year old hot water heater. I shopped price on both and this company was fairly priced all the way around. What really... read more impressed me is how much time they spent with me on the phone answering all my questions. They came out the next day and did the work. They are meticulous about cleaning up. This was an outstanding experience.

  Fantastic!!!

  Thanks to the Comfort Plus team, we did not have to replace our furnace. After an incredibly affordable "fix" to our furnace, Comfort Plus has kept us warm the rest of the winter. When it comes time to replace the furnace, we'll be calling Comfort Plus.

  Cracked Hot Water Heater - Replaced within a Day

  I know Chris through my BNI group. Chris has serviced my furnace and given recommendations for regular maintenance that I now follow. The other day we discovered a slow leak coming from the hot water heater. Not taking a chance on a large flood in the basement, I consulted Chris (early Friday evening) who noted that if there were no external leaks in the plumbing, the leak was likely a cracked tank. Chris... read more quoted a price right on the phone and said he would be out first thing in the morning (Saturday). Chris arrived on time and within two hours the old hot water heater was replaced with a brand new one. The old one was taken away for recycling the glass, steel and aluminum components by Comfort Plus (thinking Green).
  
  Reliable, fast , on time, great work, reasonable cost and green are words that describe Chris and Comfort Plus.
  
  I would recommend Comfort Plus in a heartbeat.

  Professional Company & Installation

  Excellent experience working with Chris at... read more the area. They worked with me & agreed to install this equipment. The installation was excellent & went as-scheduled. Note that I had Comfort Plus install an existing humidifier that wasn't working after installation due to some scale/ lime build-up in a solenoid. Chris went out of his way to root cause and guided me to complete the repair. Thanks again Comfort Plus. See you this Spring for the AC system start-up.

  Heat out on a Sat morning

  Nothing worse then having your furnace stop working on the weekend called many places some said they wouldnt be out for 2 days I wonder why do they put 24/7 emergency service on thier web site. Others want time and a half just to show... read more a prompt and professional service.

  Tried to charge me an extra $700 for unneeded service

  I had... read more in reality a terminal on the compressor, which costs $500 to replace. Had I not sought the second opinion, Comfort Plus would have charged me an extra $700 to replace the whole compressor when only the terminal was bad. The guy who ended up doing the work for me informed me that anyone who dissembled the compressor to the extent Comfort Plus did and didn't notice that the problem was the terminal was either not competent or trying to rip me off. Don't know which it was, but I would not go with this company again.

  Fast, Excellent Service! Reasonable prices! A+

  Chris, the owner, and his crew were courteous, fast, and professional. We felt the pricing was reasonable for what we had done (A/C repainr and thermostat install). They were here on time and completed the work quickly. They respected our home by wearing coverings over their work boots while in the house. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.

  A few years back I needed to replace my 35 year old furnace, and add a new Central Air system to the house. I had a few A/C contractors provide quotes, and decided to go with... read more course, was in addition the manufacturers' warranty for the individual parts.
  
  After speaking personally with Chris and Mike at Comfort Plus, I hired them to do the job. They arrived at my home @ 9am (right on time, no delays or excuses) and put in a 10 hour day. By 7pm that evening, the system was up and running perfectly! Their workmanship was outstanding, and far exceeded my expectations!
  
  By 8 pm that evening, you would never know that a contractor was at my home ... unlike most contractors, these guys actually clean up after themselves.
  
  Would I hire them again? Absolutely !!!

  Top notch service at an affordable price

  Comfort Plus installed a new furnace and air conditioner and my family and I have been comfortable ever since.They arrived when scheduled,did everything they promised and all at a great price. I have recommended them to serveral friends and family members always with great results.

  Comfort plus did a great job. They installed all duct and 2 furnaces with A/C in my house. System works great and very happy with the job and performance. They were easy to get along with and understanding on some changes made during install. They were neat and focus on the job. I have no complaints and have referred them to other people for hvac work. Great job guys!!!!!!!
