This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process took less than 2 hours. My salesman Richard Reed was great, he worked with me and the management team did as well. Clarksville is lucky to have such a great dealership. I got my new truck below what I expected to pay and was able to get a fair price for my trade in. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Wyatt Johnson.

rBUYER BEWARE!! Purchased a NEW Veloster on 5/13/2015. Started having issues with acceleration and loss of power about 2 weeks after we purchased. When trying to accelerate the car just sets limp for several seconds. This has caused us to almost be in an accident more than once. When brought to the attention of the service department we were given the run around. Finally they called in a Hyundai rep (after we called and opened a case with Hyundai). The Hyundai rep drove the car 23 miles, and gave her findings. Her findings state "must gradually accelerate, can not gun or accelerate too fast or vehicle will not move". How are we to get out of the way if needed, or merge onto the highway?? We have tried to work with the general manager (Bill Powers), and the sales manager. They offered us a low ball offer to "trade in" our car. What a slap in the face, especially after all of the bad customer service. This car has MAJOR safety issues!! Wyatt Johnson's answer to it all is to tell us to deal with Hyundai directly. We did NOT buy from Hyundai, we bought from Wyatt Johnson. Wyatt Johnson is not willing to help their customers past the sale. Again, BUYER BEWARE.
