Got charged $40, though they tried to get $75. for a tow that never happened(car got pulled out ditch by a good samaritan before tow got there), and that took place 4 minutes away from their location. I understand they gotta make their money, but that amount sounds like theft, $40 just to have him show up. Threatening to call the police over a misunderstanding ain't good business either. Hope y'all are proud.

My wife brought my truck to Tom and Tony's to get worked on while I was deployed last year. They treated her great, gave us a fair estimate, and kept me informed while I was overseas! Tom and Lisa took good care of my family, we won't take our stuff anywhere else.

Tom has been my mechanic for years. Tom and Tony's has an awesome reputation in Clarksville and Fort Campbell. Their tow trucks are always SPOTLESS and their drivers so polite. Hands down, there just isn't a better trusted mechanic in Clarksville than Tom.

I had Tom & Tony's replace the engine in my jeep after my old one went out on me. When i picked up my Jeep i heard a noise under the hood. The shop was closing so i decided to drive it and see if maybe it went away. When i brought back in the next morning to have it looked at. I was told that the bearings in the Tensioner Pulley were going out. They then asked me if i wanted then to replace it, BUT i would have to pay since everything on the new engine (with the exception of the Block and Head) came off my old engine, And since all the parts came off my old engine the warranty wouldn't cover it. I bought and replaced the pulley and that wasn't even it. I took my Jeep to another mechanic and he told me it was my water pump that was getting ready to lock up. Upon looking at my engine after i pulled off the old water pump i see that the only thing off my old engine is the alternator and the starter. Everything came with the used motor. Now i have replaced the water pump, will be replacing the Thermostat and have 2 sensors acting up. What kind of a mechanic lets you drive off the lot without a clean running engine? On top of that they call me 20 minutes before they close to tell me that i can pick up my Jeep. I won't EVER go back and i will make sure that nobody i know gives them any business.

I called to replace a battery they told me they closed at 4pm i showed up 5 till the owner told me they was closed and wanted me to come back the next day. I would have been ok if i didn't call before they knew i was coming. They will never get my business again
