They sell you tires that they know are bad and when you say something to them about it they tell you they don't give you a guarantee and it's not there problem or they never call you back when you try to reach them will never go there again

I had a emergency with my car I called them up they took me in right away found the problem and fixed and there price was very reasonable. There service was great and they are very friendly they truly take care of you.

I took my vehicle to Graham's for two of my tires to be replaced. To replace 2 tires it took them a little over 2 hours to complete. The lady that was working the counter, didn't know how to tax the jobs properly. There was a guy there, having his truck fixed, that had to show her how to write out several of the tickets along with how to tax them properly. The lady quoted me one price then had to quote me another price because she didn't know how to do her job. When I got in my car, when they finally finished, there was oil or grease all over the door handle of my car. I went into the office and asked the lady if they could clean my door handle off. She informed me that it wasn't her problem and walked out of the office. I have never been more mistreated by a business. I will never bring my car back to this shop again!

My husband and I took our truck in because of the transmission being out. They had the truck for awhile and didn't charge is any storage fees due to lots of complications. I will return to them again. JT was a very nice guy and we love his work. I'm looking to get our brakes and some other work done from them. Thank you to all the employees!!!

have been here a total of about 10 times every time was a nightmare for me and my bank account went in to get a radiator replaced cause my dodge durango was overheating i thought it was the radiator from what my grandpa who used to be a mechanic told me, well i left the truck there, about 2 hours later got a call saying it wasn't my radiator it was my back air vent box so paid to have that done took 2 days, the moment i picked it up my rear vents still blowing hot air only and still overheating told them, they said the box must have been bad had it replaced again waited another day took it home seemed to be fine on the drive home, the next day it was overheating again took it back in they looked at it said it needed a water pump...replaced it still over heated, took it back said this time it as a fan belt and fan replaced them still over heated took it back said it wass the rear diff. replaced it the thermostat replaced, they did this to me until about everything under the hood was new and replaced except for a radiator then they said it was 2 blown head gaskets replaced finallty when it was still over heating took it to a friend of the families out of state one hour said it was the radiator replaced never over heated again that was a year ago they are swindlers will make u feel sorry for them cause they have a little girl jim was friendly and nice but thats cause I gave hime a little over 4 grand for nothing!!!!!!!!!! hate this place don't go here
