Im deciding to transfer to Nashville for my care. I have been going to this facility for 3 years trying for my first. It was until recently I finally decided to go head on and try medically.

I have been recommended by multiple doctors to get on Metformin. However, for the past 3 weeks its been nothing but waiting on them to call me back with results. Results other doctors say should have taken 1-2 days. I was also supposed to be scheduled for an HSG on CD 5 to continue the process and have YET to have it scheduled. I've waited 2 cycles. I've only seen Dr. Coffey a total of 2 times during this process and other than that its Underwood. I have called numerous times to get my results to be told I'll be called back that day (today for example I was told my results were in that they would call me back later after viewing them and never got a call back) to NEVER HEAR ANYTHING BACK. On top of that they overbook things so I can only get an aptmnt 2+ wks out

I started out on post with my pregnancy and that was a horrible experience... blood work lost 3 times, was told I wasn't pregnant and just had mono. Needless to say I switched very early on in my pregnancy. I picked clarksville ob/gyn because they were located on the same road as my office. I picked dr.coffey because of her experience with the military and she was AMAZING! She made me laugh every time I came in and was able to also answer all of my serious questions. She was very sensitive with her care, and since this was my first pregnancy I'm sure I had a lot of common sense questing that she took very seriously. I met all of the other Dr's during my pregnancy and I especially appreciate that they called my son by his name before he was even born. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated as a friend and not just a number, the Dr's there truly care about their patients.

If I wasn't 10 weeks out from having my son I wouldn't be going back.. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours with the receptionist looking right at me and she never once told me they changed my appointment. When I finally got up and asked she's like, "oh I forgot to let you know." I will not be returning here for my future children, they are rude and honestly dont seem to care too much about their expecting mothers.

Wouldn't go back to this place if they paid me. Arrived early for my appointment (first thing in the morning) to fill out paperwork, etc. After waiting long enough to read 3 magazines, I finally just gave up and left. I asked the receptionist after the first hour if my doctor was even there, and she didn't seem to know.

DONT DO IT!!!! they are so rude. I cant believe a place like this is in business. I had my first appointment today!! i was so excited. I brought my 5 year old and my husband along for support and so they can be apart of this as well. A sign on the front door read "No children beyond this point" WHAT?!? i asked the woman at the front about his and she said "children have germs that unborn babies and their mothers cant be around." again WHAT?!? i am a first grade teacher and i am around children all the time. needless to say i gave her a peice of my mind and walked out of there without being seen and i am looking else where for another doctor. I wasnt going to deny my daughter the experience. She told me to have her and my husband with in the car. How rude and unprofessional.

Insane overbooking and wait time

I wish I had never used this Obgyn clinic. They are rude, overbook, and take forever to do anything. Expect a 45 min wait time when you come for an ultrasound. Even the techs complain that the front desk overbooks to a ridiculous level. I really don't reccomend this office.

Do NOT recommend

I was refered to dr.barton from the hope center at 8 weeks. when i first started going everthing seemed fine, the only thing was i never saw the doctor only the nurses. i saw dr.barton maybe twice through my whole pregnancy. One day i was about 36 weeks pregnant, and i felt like i was leaking fluid. i called and the told me i had peed on my self, which was not the case. I knew it was fluid because it was oderless, and i had just used the bathroom. So they scheduled me an appointment the next day didnt check me or anything when i went in. The only thing they did was asked how i was and told me I will be fine. A week later i had lost my son due to placenta abruption. Had they given me an ultrasound to make SURE i was fine, they would have been able to see my placenta detaching from my uterus. Needless to say i feel as if they had some part in the loss of my son, and if anyone cares about the baby they are carring DONT go there. i am now pregnant with my second child and my new doctor is great he sees me every 2 weeks just to be sure everything is fine. He also discovered a genetic blood clotting disorder that dr. barton had not noticed. the only reason they got a star is because i couldnt submit this if i didn't select a start, should've at least gave me the option to select half a star. They SUCK.

The only reason I give this place a star is because I have to. I honestly would never recommend anyone during pregnancy to go here. I started going to Dr.Barton at the beginning of my pregnancy. I loved it when i only went once a month. Once I started going every 2 weeks I noticed that almost every other appointment Dr.Barton was on vacation. I then had an issue where they just assumed I had a UTI threw me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. A week and a half later I passed a kidney stone. Since I didn't bring it with me they questioned weather or not I passed it. Dr.Barton had no bed side manner when I finally did see him. He told me to deal with my issues because it is a part of pregnancy. He didn't want to listen to what I had to say or give me understanding behind his thought process. He was against a birthing plan and said we would deal with things as they come during delivery. After leaving my last appointment in tears I was able to find someone willing to take me in with 6 weeks left in the game..

Before I got pregnant I would ...

Before I got pregnant I would have given this a five star rating because my annual appointments were fine. However, I recently discovered I'm pregnant and gave them a call. This pregnancy was not planned as I am on birth control and overweight. I was trying to lose weight before we decided to have a baby but sometimes life happens and I'm very happy it did. So I got an appointment right away with Dr.Larkins. I went in and did paper work and all the girls up front were very nice and informative. When I got to the back the nurse was ok I guess. I had been having some bleeding and she blew it off and said she didnt see anything even though I was still bleeding when I got home. Dr.Larkins refused to see me because of my weight and had his nurse tell me he would send me to a "specialist"(whose ratings are horrible!!!!!). My appointment with the "specialist" isnt until July 5th!!!!! I will be 12 weeks pregnant by then. Most people are seen at 8 weeks. The staff asked the doctor if he would see me before then just once and he refused even though he claims I'm "high risk". I have no medical problems other than my weight. I'm young and healthy but he still refuses to see me. I just feel like my pregnany is being put on the back burner because I am over weight and had a surprise pregnancy. Thanks for caring Dr.Larkins!!!!! I will be switching to a different obgyn after the baby is born as well.

Fantastic

The best group of doctors, nurses, techs and staff overall. Caring, comforting and kind. They take their time with you and don't rush. I couldn't imagine a better ob/gyn practice.
