        as a soldier its hard to find an honest automotive shop because everyone thinks were rich,but checkered flag automotive has to be the best ive found mainly because the head mechanic is a combat veteran and knows how the military lifestyle is....big thanks to checkered flag automotive,i will be back and will refer them to anyone who needs work

        THIS GUY IS A TOTAL THIEF. I TOOK HIM MY VAN TO HAVE MY AIR SHOCKS REPLACED.I WAS IN AND OUT IN ABOUT AN HOUR. MY CAR RAN GREAT FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS THEN I STARTED NOTICING MY LOAD ADJUSTING SYSTEM COMING ON ALOT. TOOK VAN TO ANOTHER MECHANIC THEY LOOKED THE AIR SHOCKS THAT DAVE AT CHECKERED FLAG PUT ON AND FOUND WHERE HE HAD PUT THE AIR HOSE TOGETHER WITH SOME BLACK TAPE THAT WAS LIKE HEAT SHRINK. I HOPE HE WORKS ON HIS RACE CAR BETTER THAN HE WORKED ON MY VAN...... HE IS SCUM. I HOPE HE GETS BLACK LISTED.

        i dont know who the other people who left comments went to, but it couldnt have been checkered flag automotive. I took him my car to have a motor put in and a transmission. He didnt know that I had the transmission rebuilt before I took it to him.... He insisted that the transmission needed to be replaced. I paid him 3500.00 and still had to have my car towed from his shop. Took the car to anoter mechanic who had the car running in perfect condition in 2 days., HE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I WOULDNT TELL MY ENEMIES TO GO TO HIM.

        The service was excellent and the employees were very friendly. The prices are reasonable and they will check around with other people and refer you if they can't fix the problem. I would definitely refer them to friends and take me vehicles there for tune ups.
