Avondale Park Apartments

IF YOU MOVE THERE YOU WILL SEE ITS THE WORST PLACE IN THE CLARKSVILLE TENN AREA . THE STAFF IS SO PITFUL IT MADE ME CRY .. I MEAN I MOVED HERE FROM VIRGINA THINKING I FIND SOMETHING BETTER.WELL FOOLED ME IT WAS WORST APT AREA EVER..YOU GOT TO BE MIGHTY HARD UP TO LIVE IN AVONDALE ARPTMENTS. VERY PITFUL PLACE : (

its been 10 months calling and calling and emailing Elaina Johnson and Suzanne to get my deposit back and she quit answering my emails/calls and Suzanne was fired. this place is not the place for family's, the first weeks we moved in there was a shoot down in the parking lot of the apt and the resident started to tell me 3month before we moved in there was another shooting and the guy died having to do with making meth and money. I video the Maintenance man smoking weed under my kids window when it was open. I seen him and the man that lived across from me buying drugs from the people on the 1st floor of the apt. they are scamming people and keeping the deposit for themselves.

I have lived here for awhile now and absolutely love it. The apartment is spacious and very fairly priced. The apartment complex (overall) is quiet and it is always kept clean and well maintained. The complex manager (Suzanne) is super nice, listens whenever I have a question, and tries to make everyone feel welcome as her door is always open. There is plenty of parking here at Avondale and there is even a community workout room with exercise equipment. I have not had a single maintenance issue since I moved in, but I do see the maintenance man working at least a few times a week as I drive through the complex or walk my dogs and he is always friendly and asks how I am doing. The pet policy here is more than fair; my dogs were welcomed with open arms and they get a lot of love from my neighbors and Suzanne. I cannot honestly say one negative thing about Avondale Park Apartments, 5 stars, Steve.

When we 1st moved in to the Apartment, its was not clean from the last tenant that was living there. Just by looking at the bathroom it looks like you would get a staff infection just by staring at it. seriously! urine all over the toilet! The Neighbors told me the guy that lived there was a smoker, and what do you know it reeked of smoke. We asked the lady that showed us the Apartment how the crime is here and she said " oh no there's no crime at all". Well, the 1st week in the Apartment there was a gun shooting and the neighbors told us of a murder that happened 3 months before we moved in? On top of that, people from the projects come by every now and then to break in to your car. In the Laundromat they have dryers that don't dry, so you spend more money to finish. (Don't mind the many bugs and spiders while your waiting) If your looking at this place in Clarksville, TN I would think again. Yeah its cheap and ready to move in, but unsafe for you and your family. DON'T DO IT.

I MOVED IN HERE THINKING IT WAS GATED AND HAD ALL THESE AMMENITIES SO IT WOULD BE A LITTLE NICER OF A PLACE TO LIVE. BOY WAS I WRONG!THE EXERCISE ROOM IS A JOKE THE TREADMILL DOSENT WORK AT ALL, AND BESIDES THAT ALL THERE IS ARE A BUNCH OF WEIGHTS, AND A BROKEN T.V. THAT DOESN'T GET CABLE,AND THE CARPET IS SO NASTY AND BURN HOLES DONT WANT TO LET MY KIDS ON IT! I WENT TO DO LAUNDRY AND THERE IS COCKROACHES IN LAUNDRY ROOM! NOT TO MENTION ALL OVER MY APARTMENT!THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY BUT THE GATE IS UNLOCKED UNTIL LIKE 5 AT NIGHT WHICH IS REDICULOUS WHAT IS THE POINT OF IT BEING GATED.THESE APARTMENTS ARE A JOKE, CARPETS ARE FILTHY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!
