On December 20, 2023 Lance serviced our HVAC units. He was prompt and professional. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived within the stated timeframe. He explained his findings and recommendations. We highly recommend Action Air. We are very pleased with the service we received from Lance. J & J Holder

Zachery serviced our A/C unit on June 15. He was pleasant, efficient, and prompt. Good training, follow-up and personal responsibility. Action Air has maintained our heating and air for years.

We only use Action Air. They are always prompt, efficient, and courteous We have had them install a new Trane HVAC unit as well as a Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split for our bonus room. They do all of our service and repair work at both our house as well as my mother's home. We have also had them relocate vents as well as service our gas logs. We wouldn't use anyone else.

ActionAir is the only HVAC company I've used..going all the way back to 2007. Even purchased a unit through them. Chris Wilson, one of their techs, is just finishing up on site. Thanks to his work and integrity, I'm able to keep the older unit working for awhile longer! With costs being what they are today, longevity of a product is a primary concern for all of us. Tks Chris and tks again to ActionAir for coming thru again!!

Absolutely Outstanding, especially for military newly stationed in area who want reputable, reliable and FAIRLY priced service. Are they the cheapest? In most cases yes, but my family and I expect and want the best service//expertise (remember HVAC systems routinely cost 10K plus) and Action Air fits the bill!

They have always been very friendly and easy to work with on a schedule. We contacted several companies when we needed a new unit. They came back with the lower price and better warranty. Antony was the one that serviced our unit for fall and he was very efficient and explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend Action Air when needing maintenance, repairs or a new unit.

The office staff is courteous and friendly. The service tech was prompt and knowledgeable and didn't try any type of pressured sales pitch for unnecessary repair work.

They worked us in same-day. Bill Trott was gracious to address my concerns and quick to come up with a diagnosis, which he explained in detail. He gave us a plan and helped us determine at what point to call again. I was pleased to be able to pay electronically and review my invoice before Mr. Trott left. All is good with our unit. We have called Action Air before and they will be our first call should we need help again. Mr. Trott was even kind to my super-inquisitive toddler.

Chris hatchet came and fixed my air problem quickly. However it's a haier so it will probably go out soon again. Lol

Fantastic service! Arrived when they said, called ahead, service tech Ben Heyward met me with a smile and his business card, very neat, very professional. I've used Action on numerous occasions they installed my unit and have always stood behind their warranty! I wish more service businesses would use them as a model!!!

called early Thursday for a heat problem on one of our units. was told tech would call or be by between 2-6. No call No show, called and cancelled any call backs Friday morning. will not call again and we have 23 units with central heat and air. Prewitts Mobile Home Park one star for answering the phone

I highly recommend Action Air for all your heating and cooling needs. We have an older home with radiant heat. Action Air services boiler units which makes this business especially valuable to us. They are very friendly and responsive when we call for service. Ben Heyward has been fantastic as our technician. He explains everything he is doing and is thorough in his work.

We use Action Air on five of our properties for fall and spring HVAC check-ups. We find the management and staff to be proficient, polite and responsive. We have used action air to repair old equipment and for installation of new equipment. We have received telephone calls from tenants while we were out of town indicating they were having an HVAC problem. One call to Action Air and they went to property and repaired the problem unit. We are very pleased with Action Air and plan to continue using them for all our HVAC needs.

Tony Pasta was the technician that came to our home and he did a fantastic job servicing our air conditioner. We have used Action Air on a regular basis and they are very dependable and also on top of our annual service. i was referred to Action Air by a dear friend and I am so glad I took her advice. Friendly service is hard to come by these days but Tony (Action Air) has a great handle on it, he arrived in a timely manner and explained all that needs to be done to get my a/c up and running. I came home Saturday (outside temp 90 degrees!) to find that my unit was not working at all. I immediately called Action Air and was promptly called back by a service tech who assured me he could be at my home within the hour. As promised, Gary arrived within the hour. He was very professional and quickly solved the problem. He also went beyond the issue (broken thermostat) to check my unit be ensure everything else was working properly. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Action Air. Its true what their ad says-"If you need action, call Action Air."

Action Air has been our HVAC service choice for over 25 years. They always provide prompt and courteous service even on weekends and nights. Last year when our old unit finally gave up, they were able to install our new heat pump in just two days. Their techs are very knowledgeable and can always find a solution for the problem. We plan to continue to use Action Air for as long as we live in this home and we have recommended them to many of our friends.

I am a long-term customer of Action Air (7+ years) and (as usual) my bi-annual system tuneup went smoothly and efficiently. Mr. Hatcher is a complete professional and really knows his business. I greatly appreciate his hard work and his taking the time to explain certain aspects of this particular job (replacing a capacitor). Action Air has the people and the know-how to keep my (and your!)
