It was such a pleasure buying our Pre-Owned Subaru Outback from Jenkins and Wynne. Last month I stopped in to look at VW Passat TDI SE that they were selling and met our sales lady Jessica and her manager Rob. They were very nice and courteous. The thing is at that point, I really had not considered buying another car. I just stopped to look at the Passat. I did not feel pressured, nor did I feel on edge talking with them as I so often feel when I talk to car sales people. Jessica gave me her card and after my experience I decided to come back later. A month later I drove by and saw that they still have the VW. My wife and I love our TDI’s that we’ve had and was very interested in their TDI they had for sale. So I stopped again. I went in and Jessica was there again with a beaming smile and warm personality. As I talked with them, I was preparing for a test drive for the Passat and a saw a Pre-Owned Subaru Outback. I liked it at first sight. Jessica with her intuition saw that I liked it and got the keys to show me the SUV. Thinking it would be out of my price range I kind of disregarded the thought but she still offered to allow me to test drive it. As I drove it I began to like it more and more. Jessica was very informative and very knowledgeable of her cars. I was very impressed in her capabilities. As they appraised my 2014 Honda Civic, Rob, her used car manager came back with a very reasonable trade for either the Passat or Outback. Once we agreed to proceed to buy the Outback in comes J.J. who is the finance manger. J.J. was very warm and friendly who wanted to also find the right fit for our finance. She worked tirelessly to get the very best rate and the best bank to finance. As we closed the deal, she was very thorough making sure every detail was understood. She had all the paper work ready when we came to sign. Both Jessica and J.J. and all the staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made us feel that we were the most important customer. Our over all experience is excellent. Deborah and I would happily buy from Jenkins and Wynne again. Took my Mercedes to this place because I heard good things about them from a colleague. My car was driving funny and running a little weak like I put some bad gas in the car. I pulled up and walked into an old kind of shop that was a little dusty and kinda rustic, and started talking to a guy named Rick or Rich I think which was very nice and he immediately asked one of the mechanics to come take a look. Bob the Mechanic came out to my car and listened for a minute to how it was running and then he asked how it was acting and took my car for a short drive. When he came back, he told me what he thought was going on and he asked if he could check a few things right fast so of course I said yes. After about 10-15 minutes Bob comes out and my car is running perfect again. He said it was a temporary fix but it would stay fixed long enough for them to get the part the next day. He also mentioned it could use a tune up because it clearly hadn't been done in a while so I brought my car back the next day and Bob fixed the problem and tuned it up for what a normal service would cost me at the dealership. I will never go back to the dealership and wait forever to be seen or wait a day to get my car back or get over charged just because they are the dealer. I am a small car customer for life.
***UPDATE BELOW***I spent all I had and was assured my transmission was fixed. Well after returning twice in less than 3 weeks after the initial service my car had to be towed home because the transmission went out. I will be contacting them as soon as they open on Monday because they sold me a bad transmission. If they get it right I'll gladly update with a new review but til then all I can say is I'm not happy and I don't have the time or money to waste on a issue like this. They were recommended to me and I trusted the owner Sean when he said he would do right by me. So far not so good. Monday will be my 2nd time having to get my vehicle towed there cause of transmission leakage and slipping. ***UPDATED REVIEW*** Well after returning my van after I kept having leakage and slipping, Sean made sure they found out what was wrong with the transmission and found out that the transmission wasn't bad after all it was leaking from somewhere else. Albeit was very frustrating and inconvenient Sean did do his best to find out what was going on. He actually brought me back to my car personally. Bottom line the customer service was good and the price was reasonable for a replacement transmission. And I would consider using them possibly in the future.
