        Dr. Ratterman is a wonderful doctor but the wait time to see her is ridiculous. We always get to the office 30 minutes early and we literally are waiting for hours. Right now she is 1.5 hours behind. How would she like it if I was 1.5 hours late? She wouldn’t see my son is how it would go. I understand that she wants to see her patients and make them feel special but most people want to be in and out. This office has slowly went downhill...Thankfully I only have a few more years of pediatric doctors.
