Overall

I've contemplated writing this for a while now because I hate giving bad reviews but still having problems a year later I hope it can help someone.

First I gave all my ins info and asked for an exact price to plan. A month after my treatments were done an extra bill came for 300 on top of the 400 I already paid. They only guessed what my bill was and didn't even call my ins even though I specifically asked them to.

I've never had a cavity filled until him so I'm not sure if this is normal but every part of this was painful. The needle caused pain for 30 mins or more, the filling wasn't shaped correctly and I had to go back 4 times and was in pain for two weeks before they got it right (2 times each side).

And a year later my cavity is coming out and is causing a larger cavity and a lot of pain. My new dentist office said the dentist should replace this for free since it's only been a year but I'm willing to pay again to fix it right.

Once all of these things went wrong a mahoruty of the staff was no longer sweet and nice and the dentist was actually rude to me. He acted as if I was making up all the pain I was having afterwards and was just an annoyance.

These are only half of the problems I had. Save yourself pain and money and go elsewhere.

Overall

I had to have my teeth removed for cancer treatment. I waited my time after and went to them today. for my dentures.

Dr. Jung and his staff are amazing everyone was nice, he is very detail in everything plus being a Desert Storm Vet I like the fact that he is also a Veteran. The cost was also great. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of dental work.

Never in my life

I have never in my life went through so much pain in all my life after going to the dentist. First of all expect to be here at least 3 hours. The Dr talks a good game when you have insurance but the minute I lost it I couldn't get a call back until the 2nd call placed and it was hours later. He insisted I get all of my silver fillings replaced after I went in to get one refilled. I wish I hadn't let him. Here it is 4-5 weeks later and I'm still in horrible pain. I asked him for an antibiotic and he told me no but called me in some ultram which knocked me out. Guess what? Still in pain. This office doesn't care. I'm going to a different dentist tomorrow because I can't take the pain anymore and frankly because I'm hungry. I haven't been able to eat anything without horrible pain and sensitivity and yes I've been using sensory be for weeks now. Not to mention the pain is so intense at times I cry or vomit. Please spread the word and please choose a different dentist!!!
