Great staff throughout medical office. Appointments, paperwork, visits, Doctors, and especially Dr Kopitzki all work tirelessly for the patient. Dr. K is friendly, compassionate, and an artist when it comes to facial reconstruction after his Mohs treatments. I had been to 5 different skin cancer specialists for the last 25 years and will never go anywhere else. Kelly Swanson is an exceptional P.A. and takes whatever time is needed per visit when every prior specialist I've been to have been more worried about pushing more office visits per day than taking care of my cancer needs. She called my insurance company and managed to get them to do more biopsies per visit to accommodate me when I had 12 biopsies needed, not create more office visits for herself. The thing I appreciate most is that both Kelly Swanson and Dr. Kopitzki actually listen and act on my concerns and skin cancer observations when all my prior doctors ignored me and didn't address issues I presented until the point that Mohs and reconstructions where major surgeries. My prior doctors cost me 1/2 my nose on 2 separate occasions and had 40 sutures in my back to remove and repair my skin cancer that they minimized for years and a dozen or so appointments until it became more of a major surgery and reconstruction. Clarkston Dermatology team listen, actively address my cancer as a team and give me options and excellent advice and care that my skin cancer issues are far less stressful and under my control at this point.
I have referred friends, family and coworkers and the six i have persuaded all feel the same.
I appreciate the doctors and staff so much.

I had heard about this Michigan based dermatologist that performed Coolscuplting at a great price. I reached out to Clarkston Dermatology and they were very nice. I think I will be going back to them for more cosmetic procedures in the near future.

I got a tattoo back in my early years and I wanted to get it removed now. I contacted Clarkston Dermatology and they got me right in. I have gone for several tattoo removal treatments and each time I am more impressed with the staff they have there. I am planning on bringing my whole family to them.

Made appointment to have a mole check couple weeks ago they called to confirm,sent me a couple text messages even I said yes I'm coming I'm coming ! Want to get this gd mole checked please! only to call me the day before oh we need a referral from primary dr. And suggested I go and pick one up) yeah no.called primary again twice they said they don't they don't need a referral but they as long as they are in network and they are ) but receptionist insist they do. wants to argue about itI guess I'll wait another couple weeks to find another dermatologist thank you clarkston dermatology not. Dumb thing is I would've ended up paying for it anyhow I'd rather find someone else to throw my money away to tell me my mole is just a mole....sigh

Dr Renny Abraham has been awesome. He and the entire staff are professional, friendly and courteous. My experience here has not had me waiting extending periods of time which tells me they are well organized and operate efficiently. Weather it is Dr Abraham or one the medical groups Physician Assistants, I have always felt like I recieve knowledgeable and professional care. They communicate very clearly and listen attentively to my questions and concerns.

Dr. Tim O'Neil is fantastic with my kids and you can tell the staff love what they do. Amazing customer service, they always follow up with a phone call to check on the kids if they had any major illness. Thanks for serving our community.

Dr. Schwartz and his staff were very friendly and helpful. My skin has never looked better. My entire family goes to Dr. Schwartz for various reasons and every one of us is satisfied with his medical care. You can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and the wait time is never too long. He's a great dermatologist and I would definitely recommend him!

Went there with an eye rash...Dr McFalda took one look at me and said it was Roscea and prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid oinment. Now $175 later I still have the rash and she wants to do a skin scrape....don't you thinks she should have done that first to know what she was dealing with? I won't be going back there.

When I met Dr. Schwartz, my overall impression was that he was mean. He acts like he already knows everything and can't be bothered to hear your input about your own face. He'll prescribe a new medication at just about every visit, which will in turn cause you to develop an allergy to antibiotics, and then he will give his staff a diagnosis that doesn't match the issue, so that your insurance won't cover it. When you call to question the billing dept., they like to hang up on you and send your bill to collections, without sending you any late notices. The collections company can't be bothered to take your call once you finally decide you've been screwed into a corner and have no choice but to pay what should have been covered by insurance. If this sounds like a good time - go for it. If not, Dr. Hart is where you should go.
