Had gr8 experience with 1st spray tan with Sam Yost 👍🏼‼️. Very knowledgeable, informative & pleasant ‼️. Would definitely recommend getting sprayed rather than the booth😎

They will tell you whatever you want to hear to talk you into a purchase then when you have a problem they promise to fix it and then never return your calls. They admitted to the wrong. I then asked to speak to a manager, I was told I would hear something back within a couple days. Still nothing. Beware they are only there for the money and do not stand behind their services.

Worst haircut of my life! The stylist, Elisse, used a razor on my hair and left me with giant sections of hair less than 1/2 inch long! The mess she left cannot be covered with judicious use of a curling iron. I looked better when I went in. The shampoo assistant was excellent, however.

My hairdresser was Kacie, who clearly did not know what she was doing and was unwilling to admit that she was in over her head. I went to Tuscan because I thought that such a nice place would hire competent staff. I was wrong. Not only did I receive the worst haircut of my life but Kacie also cut my neck with the clippers. I don't mean accidentally poked me and it hurt a little, I mean she had to wipe the blood off my neck. My haircut was so bad that another hairdresser was unable to hide the horrified look on her face even after she noticed that I was looking at her. It is going to take at least 3 months for my hair to grow long enough to be fixed and even then it will only be fixed and not the haircut I wanted.



Side note: don't trust the rating on demandforce.com. The owner deletes the negative reviews.
