#Good Service

Made reservations online, then read some reviews AFTER....and got nervous.

...for no reason. My car, along with one for my brother and a third for my neice, were all ready, gas tanks full, cars clean, and service with a smile. We even received curbside pickup to and from the nearby airport in a very timely manner.

Not saying that bad thing cannot happen, all businesses have issues at one time or another. No issues were had from any of the three rentals we used, and I'd definitely recommend the folks here to anyone.

I resserved a car for last weekend. After picking up the rental I noticed that the transmission was shifting funny. Being that I had picked car up 10 minutes before the store closed I knew that I would have to call the 1-800 number. They told me that there were no open locations in the surrounding area and to call the store first thing the next morning and someone would bring me a different rental. I called the store the next morning. the person on the phone began over talking me. Saying that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that it was just that kind of car! He said tgey had one driver and couldbring me another car. I told them I didn't feel comfortable putting my six month old daughter in a car that was likely to break down and they still told me that I would have to bring the car in to trade it out. It was important that I had a rental so I took the car back. They switched me out and they still charged me for a day that I couldn't use the vehicle.

This was the worst experience my family has been through with a rental service. Everything was fine until we got back to the parking lot and didn't see our vehicle in the lot anymore. Turns out they had it towed because they thought it was abandoned there because it was in the lot overnight, although we had signed paperwork and had permission to leave it there for 2 nights until we returned their car. They had it towed because they could care less about anyone who isn't rich off their asses and the fact that they can't seem to follow simple paperwork. They ran around like their heads were cut off trying to "do all they can to find our vehicle". I will not be recommending this company to anyone at all. This is poor work skills in play and a bad experience over all.

The people at the Enterprise in Clarksburg are great! They make traveling so much easier.
