Friendly people working here. Good services. I sent a jukebox over to California and it arrived in perfect condition.
I only took off one star because I couldn't find them on the map on their website but all of my business dealings with them went well.
This place was great. I needed to ship some antique panels over to England for a client. I was very concerned as the wood was over 210 years old and not in the best condition. They assured me that they could pack it well enough to not get hurt.
Within two days I received a confirmation from my client about receiving them and a letter of thanks for the good packing job. The owner, Mark, and Adam made me look good for the client and, for that, I thank them.

Do not go here. Use the US Post Office! If you terminate any service you set up with them and are due a refund, they refuse to refund you your money. When I spoke with the "manager," he was rude, non-cooperative, and spoke over me when I tried communicating my needs. I ended up filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau!
We tried to work with this customer on the issue but she refused to work with us for this situation and demanded her money back after she had signed a contract. She agreed in her contract to pay for six months. She had the option of paying monthly but decided against it. This was her choice. If you sign a contract with a cell phone or cable provider they will be much more strict than our mail box service contract. You could use the Cinnaminson Post Office but I called to find out what their policy is and it is even more strict than ours in this circumstance. With their policy if you use more than half of your time you do not get your money back. We have continued to receive the customer's mail for the following six months after her mailbox termination as our policy states and continue to hold it for her should she want to pick it up.
