My experience with Nanny's has been very different from tbelle14's. I have had 2 sets of children attend Nanny's over the course of a decade and the quality has remained untouched! Not only have my children had a headstart in their education, but they learned discipline and manners. The staff has many, many years of experience and it shows. Their program prepared my children for learning and they loved their teachers. I run into alot of people who have had children, grandchildren or family members attend Nanny's and I ALWAYS hear rave reviews. I have heard people say Nanny's was a great daycare 20 years ago!! I have referred coworkers and relatives there as well. I would recommend Nanny's to anyone who needs a learning center with structure, caring staff and excellent academic program. Nanny's prepared my children for Kindergarden and they are excellent students now! It seems to me that tbelle14 is an ex-employee trying to get even! For goodness sake she couldn't even spell upon and professional correctly! Nanny's will always remain a unique and excellent facility for childcare, and I hope they will be around to educate my grandchildren!

I feel sorry for the person who wrote the original post about this daycare. I have had great experience withis daycare and the staff. However, I would say they don't play when it comes to the care of the children they care for. If you are a parent who isn't taking care of your child the staff will tell you about it and ask how can they help. I had some personal issues going on at one time and you can tell by my behavior. One of the staff members pulled me aside and asked what is going on because my child was suffering in the process. That's when I realized that no only do they care about my child but the whole family unit. I don't think you can get that level of service any where else. I have observed the staff working with many families and this just confirms that if you had an issue with the center you were the problem and you are mostly wishing that you never messed up with them. Thank you Waverly's Hope for everything you have done for me and my child. Oh I forgot to say they take special needs kids or kids who need extra attention. Now that right there says something about the heart of this center.
For those citing the BBB record, check it out, but don't be misled by the rating...out of the 5 complaints received in the last 36 months, 4 were for billing/payment/collection issues and only ONE was listed as a service complaint. Not only have we never had a "billing" issue (you pay your bill when it is due and you will have not problems) the service has been wonderful. Anytime we have had a concern, which is rare, we have taken it straight to the director who handles it immediately and politely. As a parent seeking quality care in Cincinnati, I would recommend this school/daycare to anyone and would not be phased by problems other people had with payments or refunds. If it involved quality of care, safety, health or one of those key issues it would be a different story. Do your research and make sure you have the facts! Compared to other daycare facilities in town, this one is top quality...we would not send our child there if we didn't think so.
