In regards to what other dealers policies are we should not of said anyhting because those may change at anytime. Sales department test ride policy: In any given year we have over 100 makes and models of motorcycles, atv's, scooters and waverunner's. Because we have this large selection we can not have demo units for everyone to ride, but we do understand the frustration of buying something before you ride it and have always had this policy. We train our sale assistants to help you find the best ride that fits your needs. After we have helped you find the right bike within your budget, we then treat it as if you were buying it, contingent on the test ride. We help you get financed, find insurance, review sevice and parts specials, all to help you best prepare for your new ride. Then we prep your bike and on the day of delivery you have the pre-approved option to take your new-bike for a test-ride, 10 miles or less. Service folks are the best! Was having problems losing power with my Yamaha SCOOTER after having a routine service @ beechmont motor sports. The service mgr@ Beechmont was patronizing & condenscending, telling me it was OK while figuratively patting me on the head. Took it to cycle specialists & they were absolutely great! They spent time riding it around more than just in the parking lot. They explained to me what probably happened & specific things to do to avoid future problems. They(Chris, I think) spoke to me with respect & intelligence. SCOOTER has been riding great since. Because there was no mechanical work done, the service dept charged me ZERO for the time & effort they put into troubleshooting! WOW! VERY IMPRESSIVE! I have found my new service dept! Thank you! Store is small, but they carry only quality products. Prices are average or lower than other motorcycle dealers. Check out their riding gear. They have a Givi trunk display and will gladly show you how they work. Have always gotten exactly what I expected and a fair price. The crew will take their time with you and answer all your questions. They do bike repairs, but only have 1 mechanic and he stays booked. He changed the tires on my bike. It took a few days, but I had the time to spare. The store hours could be better. Only open till 5:30 at night, but do not push the customers out in order to go home.
This is a local business that really earns your business !! I have done business with this company for several years. At this location, and at the previous location in Sharonville. I ride my motorcycle year round,in differing weather conditions. I purchase all of my tires through Sport Tour. They handle all of my mounting and balancing. Their attitude,and customer service is first rate ! If they don't have what I need in stock, they get it in ASAP.
Great place; always recomended... Always a great deal of help on the raod and track. One iwll be hard pressed to find another shop that gives the attention to each custoemr that this one does. I have been to this shop several times in the past, spent some good amounts of money, and will continue to do so in the future.
I'm very happy with the job done on my bike by the service department at Cycle Specialties. The got the job done for me quick, and saved me a boat load of money! A buddy of mine told me about them and I'm glad he did.
