I am a current tenant waiting to move. I have been a tenant with them for over two years. In the time I have lived within the complex I have seen them paint over mold in other units (in which families with small children move into) and continuously deny or lie about problems with my unit. I had to call Duke Energy to my unit on several occasions due to a leaking gas line on my furnace. Duke will tag it and then the maintenance man will come out and say that there is no leak. I have had nothing but problems since I lived there and more now than ever. The only thing that kept me there this long was affordability.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I've been a tenant here for 2 years because a friend of mine referred me to this place. The neighbors are terrible, they are always nosy, and writing nasty notes on peoples cars, doors, etc. The management is the worst part about this place. The manager rents the apartment next door to mine but does not live there, (it says "onsite management online". She is NEVER here, the sign on the rental office door always says "out helping other properties, be back later." She does not answer the phone, and if you leave a message, you'll be lucky if she even listens to it: office times are supposedly 9:00am-5pm, she arrives between 11-12pm and leaves by 3pm. My apartment faces the back where it is very wooded, and my apartment has become INFESTED with cockroaches, water bugs, stink bugs, and ants, and it is NOT due to my apartment being dirty, because I've been on maternity leave, so I've been here EVERYday to keep it clean. But, yet management blames me, and will not send anybody out to take care of the issue. I asked when the last time this apartment was sprayed for bugs and she said she "did not remember." Just recently she moved in a new tenant across the hall from mine. This tenant is always having parties, and causing the hallways and surrounding apartments to REEK of drugs, people are always in and out (assuming they are buying/selling). This one tenant allows several other males to live with her without being on the lease. (they are always arguing and being violent with eachother, they are so loud, you can hear EVERYTHING they are saying and doing), I've tried to explain these matters to the manager as well, but once again get blown off.
