This location has truly turned around. I gave them a second shot a few months ago and am impressed with the new manager, Clay. He has never given me an insulting offer, always remembers my name and has the best customer service skills. The store is clean and extremely welcoming. This is the only store that I will give my business to. Give them a try.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I sold my gold jewlery American Gold Buyers. The employee (His name was Mark) was more than patient with me even though I had a lot of pieces. I took it to a few other places and they were just rude to me. I can tell American Gold Buyers prides themselves on excellent customer service.

My wife and I decided to sell some jewelry she never wears any more. We wanted to be smart and go to several places to make sure we were getting the best price. The first place we went to was the place we had seen lots of TV commercials for. It was horrible. Even though we were in a nice part of town, walking into this place felt like we were walking into a pawnshop in the worst part of town. Buzzers and metal detectors. It was just weird. The workers in the store were very short with us, did not explain anything, gave us the price and when we said thank you, we were going to check some other places they got very snotty with us. We then went to a jewelery store. Their offer was lower. We then went to American Gold Buyers. WOW. The friendliest people ever. They explained everything and answered every question. Offered us bottled water while we waited and were just fun to deal with. The store was bright and clean. It was just a pleasure and the best part... they paid the most by far!! We now recommend them to everybody we know.

I took my gold to a store down the street and was very unhappy with everything there including their quote, so I came to American Gold Buyers and found a friendly, professional staff who offered me more then anyone else. I highly recommend them.
