Staff is friendly. Chiropractors are unprofessional.

I've been going here for at least 5 months now. Their "treatment plan" has not made any improvements for me and I'm actually worse now than when I was before I started coming here.

I thought this place was great at first. However, when I'd try to have a serious conversation with my chiropractor he often just made jokes and tried to rush me out the door. I assume he rushed me out to get to his next patients. However, whenever I was in the waiting queue it always seemed like his patients were trying to get out but he kept pulling them back in. I would often wait for 30-45 minutes for a 5 minute adjustment.

The e-stim therapy they're using works but not how they're using it and often times they'll place the pads in different spots which has undesirable effects. If you decide not to do the e-stim therapy, they'll still charge you for it.

One day I went in for a scheduled appointment but my chiropractor (Dr. Mathis) wasn't there, rather than call me before arriving to tell me this they had another chiropractor do the adjustment. That chiropractor (Dr. Garapola) messed up when trying to adjust my neck and now my neck is in more pain then the first time I walked in their office (for neck pains). They almost had my neck pain-free before he screwed it up more than it was. I now have a small ball at the top of my neck - when I told Dr. Mathis about this he just said, "put ice on it."

Their treatment plans are non-existent - at least they could never tell me about mine. Their assessments to measure progress are useless - there's no actual testing. And if you're trying to find out where to go to get actual help they are of no use.

Many of the 5 star reviews for this place are from friends and family or clients that were compensated for their 5 star review. I'm sure some of the 5 star reviews are legit. Anyone experiencing pain will be temporarily relieved by a proper adjustment.

Just find somewhere else.
