I would not recommend this business! I was not informed that to do the appointment that my eyes would need to dilated! I would have been fine with this, had they told me so I could have made transportation arrangements! I did not appreciate the doctor lecturing me on why they needed to dilate my eyes! Had their staff done a better job of communicating the appointment details, I would of agreed! Second, when I picked up my glasses the lenses had scratches all over them! The frames also had this white paper on the frames that I was unable to get off! I called the next day and had to take them by to order new lenses! I can overlook their lack of customer service for a job well done! However, the job was done very poorly and their employees are very rude

The doctors are great. The office staff is not. Promises made but not followed up on. They say they will call you back then don't. They cancel appointments and say they will reschedule then don't. I have been going here for 30 years but have had it. I will not be returning.
