        Overall

        The "manager" Mark is in need of some management classes. After leading our buyers along for mounts telling them and I everything was on track fell to mention to them they were going to have to spend $15,000 extra in excavating....and if that wasn't a big enough shock to the customers then he proceeds to tell them he doesn't feel right. About the deal and doesn't think he can make them happy letting months of wasting their time and mine go down the drain...and I could go on all day telling you the mistakes made from this poor excuse of a "Manager" if anyone needing to use Clayton Homes I would not waste your time dealing with the Christiansburg Office....It's well worth your time to contact Randy in the Roanoke Clayton Homes.. This guy just did some friends of ours a big favor.. and got them the house they wanted with out all the BS that they received form "Manager" Mark in Christiansburg..
